Free to the general public, CARICON Expo is a high-traffic, robust showcase of upwards to 60 exhibitors and activations celebrating books and literature. Also featuring meet and greets with popular authors, an interactive family fun zone and much more, the Expo will be held Saturday - Sunday, June 3 & 4, 2023 from 10 am to 4 pm at the University of Southern California in Downtown Los Angeles.
We welcome exhibitors and vendors that promote and/or sell products, programs, and/or services that are book or literacy related. You may be a bookseller, publisher, magazine/journal, literacy/literary organization or club, author, illustrator, or artisan with book related art/crafts, etc.
As an exhibitor, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your work to a diverse audience of book lovers, network with fellow writers and publishers, and potentially expand your reach and sales.
CARICON reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any exhibitor and/or specific materials for inclusion in the festival and to require an exhibitor to modify or remove any exhibit that is not in character with the event.
All Exhibit Booths must be open to the public and staffed from 10 am to 4 pm Daily
We highly recommend that you have your own insurance policy to cover your materials and products.
We're not liable for any lost or damaged items during the event.
You'll need to bring your own staff to man your booth during the event.
We'll provide you with a table and two chairs.
Electricity is available for an additional fee; please contact us to arrange for electrical services.
We'll provide you with a list of recommended hotels, transportation options, and nearby restaurants.
We'll also provide you with a list of suggested items to bring, such as booth signage and promotional materials.
Booth rental fee is $600 for both days
Payment can be made through our website or by credit card.
50% Refund is available until May 1, 2023.
